Under the Environmental Cooperation-Asia (ECO-Asia) Project, Planning and Development Collaborative International, Inc. (PADCO), an AECOM company, is providing technical assistance to improve access to clean water and sanitation for the urban poor. Under ECO-Asia, PADCO and The Asia Foundation (TAF) work with regional, international and U.S. partners to provide technical support to local and national partners, and regional networks. Overall project results support country achievement Millennium Development Goals. PADCO and The Asia Foundation are soliciting applications from resident Chinese nationals for the new position of Water and Sanitation Project Manager in the Beijing office. The Project Manager will lead a small team providing technical and coordination support for the effective implementation of all ECO-Asia water and sanitation contract requirements in China. The Project
Manager will identify programme activities, including pilot projects and regional activities, andprepare annual work plans that will be fully integrated with other ECO-Asia water and sanitation activities.
